Can’t Activate your License? Got an Error Message?

Should you get an activation error message instead of the “License Activated” one, please, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Molongui > Plugin Settings
2. Open the License tab.
3. Disable the “Keep plugin license active upon plugin deactivation” setting
4. Saves changes
5. Go to the Plugins page, where you have all your plugins listed
6. Deactivate the Molongui Pro add-on
7. Clear every cache your site might have, specifically object cache
8. Reactivate the Molongui Pro add-on
9. Go to Molongui > Plugin Settings
10. Open the License tab
11. Type in your license number and e-mail address (the one you indicated during the purchasing process)
12. Click on the Activate button.

Now you should get a License Activated message. If have followed all the steps above and you don’t get that message, please open a support ticket with us here so we can assist.
