Your premium license is automatically renewed annually. If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, go to your account dashboard, and click Subscriptions in the left sidebar. Find the subscription for your website in the list that displays (if there is more than one), and click the title of the subscription to see its details.
Click the toggle towards the Auto renew title to turn Auto Renewal ON or OFF.
Important
Canceling your subscription does not mean you get a refund, it means you canceled your auto-renewal.
You can renew your subscription manually. We will notify you via the WordPress Dashboard and via email that your license is about to expire.
