Cancelling your Molongui subscription is easy.
If you decide Molongui doesn’t meet your needs or you simply don’t need the product any longer, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You will continue to have access to premium content until the subscription’s expiration date. And your settings will still be there and you can continue where you left off if you choose to resubscribe.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in to your My Molongui account
- Click on Subscriptions
- Find the subscription for your website in the list and click on it
- Click the toggle towards the Auto renew title to turn it off.
Important
Canceling your subscription does not mean you get a refund, it means you canceled your auto-renewal.
